By placing an order with Black Cat Artisan Goods you agree to these basic terms. We've kept them short and plain — if anything's unclear, email us.

Orders & payment

Orders are accepted at our discretion. We may cancel and refund any order (rare — usually only for payment fraud or stock issues). Payment is processed by Square; we never see your card number.

Allergens & skin reactions

Our soaps contain natural ingredients including essential oils and plant extracts. We list every ingredient on each product page. We always recommend a patch test before regular use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. See our allergen disclosure for full detail.

Shipping & delivery

We ship from Tennessee, usually within 2 business days. See our shipping & returns page for full details on rates, timing, and lost packages.

Returns & refunds

Personal-care products generally aren't returnable for hygiene reasons, but if your bar arrives damaged or you're unhappy with it, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right (replacement, refund, or store credit — your choice).

Intellectual property

The Black Cat Artisan Goods name, logo, photos, and product descriptions are ours. You may not reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
