Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how our bars get to you, and what happens if anything goes sideways.
Shipping
- Where: We ship anywhere in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally? Email us for a quote.
- Cost: Flat $5.95. Free on orders over $35.
- Carrier: USPS First-Class or Priority depending on weight. Tracking is included.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days, usually same-day for orders placed before 2pm CT.
- Transit time: 3–5 business days for most US addresses.
- Pickup option: If we're at a market near you, you can choose pickup at checkout to skip shipping. See our markets calendar.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't show up within 10 business days, email us within 30 days of order date. We'll either reship or refund — your choice. We file the carrier claim on our end, so you don't have to chase USPS.
Returns
Personal-care products generally aren't returnable for hygiene reasons. That said: if you don't love your bar, email us within 14 days. We'll do a replacement, refund, or store credit (your call).
Subscription orders
Subscribe & Save bars ship every 2 months. Pause, skip, or cancel any time from the link in your shipment-confirmation email — no phone calls, no friction.
Made-to-order bars
Bars marked "Made to order" are poured fresh after you order and need 4 weeks to cure. Total time from order to your door is usually 4–5 weeks. We'll email when it ships.
